for small to medium sized businesses based in Berkshire in the South
East of England. Our main objective is to optimise the use of computers

implementing applications, servers, networking, Voice over IP, systems
auditing, data backup, improving data security and advice on software
to support your business.
2. Implementation
- we supply systems that support e-mail with spam filtering and virus
checking, back-up, file sharing, print
sharing in addition to other applications and secure broadband access
including firewalls.
3. Maintenance
- we maintain computer systems supplied by us or
maintain your exisiting infrastructure.
4. Database and Web development - this area includes data mining,
optimisation of databases and marketing programmes that use information
mined from your databases in addition to web site creation and
management.

Voice over IP (VoIP - sometimes referred to as Internet Telephony or IP
Telephony) - we re-sell, install and support the AYC Telecom IPcts
Voice over IP server. The IPcts is ideal for the small business and is
a very flexible, feature rich solution to your telephony needs and
integrates well into existing networks.
Whilst we are strong advocates of Open Source Software we live in the
real world
and hence we will advise you on the solution that fits your needs. We
sell and support systems based on Microsoft's Windows, Apple OS-X and
Linux.
